  4. Have professional, digital photos taken for use in flyers and internet advertising.  (Capacity to show up to 36 interior and/or exterior photos of your home on the MLS system)
  5. Create, prepare and load online high quality Visual Tour (maximum internet exposure)
  6. Create individual property website for your home

  16. Notify immediate neighbors in order to cut down on curiosity calls and as a way of soliciting the help of neighbors to find potential Buyer
  17. Inform other agents with homes listed for sale in the immediate area or similar price range about the home, in order to solicit their help in obtaining a potential Buyer
  18. Contact the Referral Network Coordinator in our office to alert her of the listing and to secure the names of potential customers who may be transferring in from out of town so I can ask their agents to show them the property
